Manually receipting an email job
Manually receipting an email job
There may be instances where an email job has been sent to a Client (where followup emails have been setup), asking for information. If the client decides to provide this information outside of the Nimbus system, the email job doesn’t know to stop sending the followup reminder emails.
There is a way to stop the reminder emails. This is called “Manually Receipting the Job”.
Instructions
Via the Email jobs grid, locate the email job in question:
Ensure the field called “Received” is shown on the grid
Click the Received box, and set a date advising when the information was received from the Client.
This process will then stop any followup reminder emails from being sent to the Client.
