Updating a Sent Email Job - Turn off reminders
You can edit an email job after it has been sent and change the Schedule parameters.
- To do this access the Email Jobs menu
- Filter the email jobs grid to show the job you wish to edit
- Click the blue edit arrow to edit the job
- Click the Schedule tab
- Click the drop down button on the "Send a follow-up email on" field and click the Clear button
- Ensure that the "Send additional follow-up emails every" field is empty
- Click the Update button
