Updating a Sent Email Job - Turn off reminders

You can edit an email job after it has been sent and change the Schedule parameters.  

  1. To do this access the Email Jobs menu
  2. Filter the email jobs grid to show the job you wish to edit
  3. Click the blue edit arrow to edit the job
  4. Click the Schedule tab
  5. Click the drop down button on the "Send a follow-up email on" field and click the Clear button
  6. Ensure that the "Send additional follow-up emails every" field is empty
  7. Click the Update button
