Nimbus Training video link in an email job

Nimbus provides a number of training videos for clients to access via their Client Portal.  You can also embed the links to these videos in an email job.


For clients to access these videos externally you can do the following:


  1. In the email job template, e.g. in your welcome email, create a link for the videos and paste the following link in the hyperlink area:

ViewHelp.aspx?Help=NimbusClientTraining&Id=Training


For example:




When the Client then receives the email and click on this link, the system will display the training video with your company banner in the web browser.

So for creating a password and logging in you can refer them to the Getting Started video on this page. And for signing a document you can refer them to the Digital Signature video, etc.
