Repeating or Resending an Email Job

You have a couple of options to do this.
If the job was just sent to the one client, you can:
  • edit the job via the email jobs grid (locate the job and click the blue edit arrow)
  • click the repeat button
  • then click the send button
OR
You can edit the job as above
  • click the schedule tab
  • enter a date into the “Send a followup email on” field 
  • the system will send a reminder email on that date
  • this will be the same as the content of the Email tab if nothing is stored against the Follow-up Email tab
           OR
  • it will send the content of the Follow-up Email tab


Please note that if the email job was sent to more than one client entity, any edits performed on the job will affect all recipients of the job.  
If you do not want all receipients to receive the updated email job, you will need to select the Recipients tab and de-select those contacts who should not receive the updated email.
