Checking the Webform before sent & after received
Previewing the WebForm before it is sent
You can preview the WebForm before it is sent to Clients. This is helpful as it allows you to work through the WebForm just as a client would to ensure that you have worded all questions correctly.
- From within the Create WebForm Job and while on the WebForm tab, click the Preview button.
- Note that Preview mode does not allow you to Submit or Save the WebForm.
Access WebForm package after client submits it
There are a number of ways a WebForm package can be accessed. These are as follows:
- Via the Client Folder
- Via the Email Jobs grid
- Via the Submit Notification email
Via the Client Folder
- Navigate to the Client folder
- Open the From Client folder
- The WebForm package will show as a hyperlink as follows:
- Click the + icon to expand the WebForm package. Nimbus will display the WebForm PDF and any files that were attached to the WebForm as follows:
- If the package link is clicked (in the example above it would be BPOTTSUP 2013 Individual), Nimbus will ask if you wish to save or open the .ZIP file, or if you are using a Mac, the .ZIP file will be stored in your Downloads folder.
- If individual file links are selected, Nimbus will display the file in the Nimbus document viewer. As soon as a WebForm package is downloaded, it is marked as Downloaded.
Via the Email Jobs Grid
- From the Navigation menu, select Email Jobs
- Select either the All Jobs or Jobs to be Downloaded view
- Click the WebForm link shown in the Submitted Name column
- Nimbus will ask if you wish to save or open the .ZIP file, or if you are using a MAC, the .ZIP file will be stored in your Downloads folder.
- As soon as a WebForm package is downloaded, it is marked as Downloaded.
Via the Submit Notification email
- When a WebForm package is submitted, the staff member responsible for the Client (or the default employee) receives the following email which includes a link to the Package:
- Click the Package link within the email
- Nimbus will ask if you wish to save or open the .ZIP file, or if you are using a MAC, the .ZIP file will be stored in your Downloads folder.
- As soon as a WebForm package is downloaded, it is marked as Downloaded.
Accessing Parts of a WebForm Package
As discussed above, you can access any files that have been attached to a WebForm.
In this example, the client attached files to questions 4, 6 and 8.
When we look at the From Client folder, we can see that each document that is attached displays the question number as part of the filename. If there were two documents attached to question 4, the first file would be name Q04.01, and the second as Q04.02 etc.
If an individual WebForm Package file is clicked, the document will display in the Nimbus Browser.
