Edit an Email Job after it has been sent

It is possible to edit an Email Job after it has been sent, though only if the job has not yet been Archived.  If it has been archived (i.e., there is nothing more to do with the job) then it cannot be updated.

Scenarios for updating a job after it has been sent is as follows:

  1. Wish to edit the schedule tab - either adding or altering a FollowUp email
  2. Editing / changing the content of a Webform Checklist


Instructions

Via the Email Jobs grid, locate the Email job and click the blue edit arrow;

  1. Make the required changes to the job
  2. Click the Update button to save your changes.
