Sending a Bulk Email Job to Head Client

Often, a Nimbus database will include the same contact a number of times. When you want to send something like a newsletter to your Contacts, you may want to only send one copy to each email address on the system.

This is possible via the Email Jobs process:

This is possible via the Email Jobs process:

1. Filter your Client Grid for the recipients of your email job

2. Select the required template

3. Click the Recipients tab

4. Select either

   1. Distinct Emails - will only send one email to each email address

   2. Distinct Contacts - will only send one email to each Contact

5. The system will de-select the duplicate contacts / email addresses

6. Click the Send button as usual to send the Email Job
