Ending a Recurring Email Job

It may be necessary to completely stop a recurring email job.

To do this, you'll need to find the last job that was created and sent, and then edit the job.

Ending a Recurring Email Job:

  1. Select Email Jobs from the menu

  2. Locate the last job that was sent to the client and click the blue edit arrow

  3. Click the Schedule tab

  4. Remove the "Set this Job to be Periodically Recurring" flag

  5. Ensure that there is nothing in either the "Send a follow-up email" or "Send additional follow-up emails ever" fields. Then click Update to save.

Ensure the Job has been receipted either by the system, or manually.

Locate the “Received” field on the Email Jobs grid, and if there is no date displaying, click the check box and select a date that the package was received.

This should then change the flags on the job to show as:

  • Task Status - Complete, and

  • Job Status - Archive.
