Email Jobs Viewed Status - Gmail

In the Email Jobs Grid you may notice that the EMail Status of an Email Job is set to viewed. Usually this would signify that the email has been viewed by your client.

However, currently there is a known issue with the spam filter used within Gmail. Every email is scanned for links and images contained within the email. This process will result in this status to be set to Viewed even if the client has not viewed or have their inbox open to view this email.
