Viewing a Clients Webform

It is possible for a staff member to access a webform that has been shared with a client. When a webform is opened, it is possible to:

  • add data on behalf of the client

  • view the information the client has entered

  • submit on behalf of the client

Instructions

To do this, login to Nimbus and select the Email Jobs menu

  1. Add in the Column labelled “Web Form Description”. This will display a link to the Webform.

  2. If you wish to open the form on behalf of the Client, click the link. The webform will display.

  3. The content of the webform will display. On the bottom of the screen, three buttons will be available.

    1. Submit - if Yes is selected, the system will submit the webform on behalf of the Client

    2. Close - you can Save any new additions to the form on behalf of the Client

    3. Cancel - will discard any changes made

 

The Client History will show that the staff member submitted the webform on behalf of the Client.
