Creating a new Client Template

Your Nimbus account has a default client template which can be applied to all Client Entities in your Account. You can also create different Client Templates based on the Entity type.

Instructions

Login to Nimbus and select:

  1. Templates / Client Templates

  2. On the toolbar click the New Client Template icon

  3. From the Drop Down list, select the Entity type you wish to create the template for

  4. Click the Update button

  5. Alter the content of the template e.g.: define the folder structure

  6. Click the Re-Apply button to apply the configuration of this template to all of the Entities (for this template). Any new entity (based on this template) will also be created with the configuration of this template.

  7. Click the Cancel button to close the template dialog box.

 

Note that the Update button will only save the details of the template. Any new Entity created in the system will then be created based on this template.
