Restrict Staff Access

Client sub-folders can be set to restrict staff access for certain staff.

When the Client Template is applied, the folder will only be visible to the staff who are set to Access the sub-folder.

  1. Click the Restrict Staff Access flag and the Access tab will become visible.

  2. Click the Access tab and select those Staff or Teams who require access to the sub-folder.

  3. Click the Update button to save your changes, and then the Re-Apply button to apply the restrictions to all Client Entities governed by the template.
