Restrict Staff Access to a Client Folder

Nimbus allows you to setup folder access restrictions to both the Client Folder structure, and any Business Folder.  This article discusses Client Folder access and restrictions.

Restrict Access to a Client folder

This can be done via the Client Folder

  1. Via the Client grid, locate the Client Entity and click the blue edit arrow to show the Client Details
  2. Click the Restrict Staff Access button
  3. A list of all staff members, and Teams will display
  4. Select the Staff / Teams who will have access to view this clients details
  5. Click the Update button to save.
