Export Client History
The Client History provides a trail of the events that have occurred on this Client, both from the Business login (staff) and the Client / Contact login.
Step-by-step guide
From the Client Menu;
Select the Client History icon
You can filter this grid as you would any other grid by dragging a column heading to the top area and then setting the required filter
You can also export this grid (the data exported will be whatever is filtered on the grid at the time of export).
To do this, click the
icon which is located on the bottom right hand side of the grid.
The system will export a .csv file which can then be opened in Excel.
If using CDM on your Nimbus Account
System Event | Who Performed Task | Meaning |
---|---|---|
Archive file | Client | Client has deleted file and system has set it to be unpublished. It is visible in the Current Folder structure |
Archive file | AutoMate | Local file is deleted. AutoMate then syncs up the deletion request to Nimbus and Nimbus then archives the file. Relevant when AutoMate is set to Sync Up / Down or Sync Up. |
Import file | Employee | Employee has saved a file back to Nimbus via CDM |
Export file | Employee | Employee has opened a file from Nimbus via CDM |
If NOT using CDM on your Nimbus Account
System Event | Who Performed Task | Meaning |

Rollback file | Client | Client has deleted a file which was previously signed. The unsigned document will be visible in the To Client Folder. |
Move file to Trash | Client | Client has deleted a file which was previously available in the To Client Folder. |
