Intro: What is the Nimbus Profiler?

If you are a MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE), or MYOB Accountants Office (AO) site, who also uses Nimbus Document Manager, you will soon be able to publish a document from AE/AO directly into Nimbus using the “Share It” button.

This will save the document into Nimbus - allowing you to profile it along the way.

Supported Workflows

When a practice is identified as using Nimbus, the Nimbus Profiler will open instead of the DM profiler when the Share It button is clicked.

For the Beta Release as at the end of 2024, you are able to save the following documents directly from AE/AO to Nimbus:

1. Tax return

2. Workpapers

3. Statutory Report

4. Tax return that has been exported to PDF Manager

Unsupported Workflows

The following workflows are not currently supported for the Beta Release as at the end of 2024:

1	Other workflows from within AE/AO	E.g. you are in PDF Manager and click on Save with (Other than for Tax Returns printed to PDF Manager - which is supported)
2	Other workflows - outside of AE/AO	E.g. you are in Excel / Word / Outlook / File Explorer, and use the existing add-in to Share It. The Nimbus Addins can be installed for use in Excel / Word / Outlook - Add-ins Installation
3	Files saved locally	You are in Windows Explorer and right click on a file, click on Send to then MYOB Share It Open

The Nimbus Profiler will be available in the early 2025 release of AE and Nimbus.
