Setting Sharepoint to Read Only

For those businesses who are working through a document conversion from Sharepoint (SuiteFiles) to Nimbus CDM, it may be useful to set the access to Sharepoint to be Read Only at the point when Nimbus starts the document upload from Sharepoint.
