Can I still save documents to AE/AO Document Manager? 

MYOB AE/AO Document Manager (DM) will continue to work but with limited functionality. Historical documents and templates will be available as usual. Most new documents can only be created in Nimbus, with a few exceptions. Learn more. 

How is Nimbus Profiler different from Nimbus Automate?

Nimbus Automate is an application that runs on your file server to synchronise documents from AE/AO DM to Nimbus every few minutes. It is great to keep Nimbus in-synch with your file server.

Unlike Automate, the Nimbus profiler runs on your workstation. It removes the dependency on a file server because it saves and profiles documents to Nimbus in real time without keeping a local copy. It is ideal for collaborating with staff and clients on a document or maintaining your flow during Client Accounting and Tax.

Does bulk billing, email merge, and ATO Tax Pre-Fill on MYOB AE/AO still work after Nimbus Profiler? 

Bulk billing, email merge, and ATO Tax Pre-Fill flows will continue to save documents to AE/AO DM, but their menu options might have changed. See a complete list of changes. 

Nimbus Automate will continue to synch those files to Nimbus after installing Nimbus Profiler.

How can I set the Custom Fields for a document? 

After saving the document into Nimbus, you can open the document in the browser and modify the custom fields from Properties using Nimbus Custom Fields. 

How do I attach documents to AE/AO workpapers after installing Nimbus Profiler? 

After installing Nimbus Profiler, you will use Nimbus documents on workpapers instead of AE/AO Document Manager. To attach supporting evidence to workpapers in AE/AO Client Accounting, you must copy a document link from Nimbus using the Shareable Link function and attach to a workpaper using the Insert Hyperlink option. How do I handle unfinished documents in AE/AO Document Manager when installing Nimbus Profiler? 

Consider finishing your active work before installing the Nimbus Profiler. Unfished documents saved to AE/AO DM cannot be shared via the Nimbus Profiler later. Alternatively, you can export documents from AE/AO DM and upload them manually to Nimbus to continue your work there.

Are bookmarks created with PDF Manager supported by Nimbus? 

Deep linking to specific bookmarks within PDFs is not currently supported. Consider creating a new PDF with just the pages you need and use it on workpapers as evidence. Learn more. 

If I don’t like Nimbus Profiler, how do I remove it? 

Please contact support to remove the Nimbus Profiler.
