We understand that at times your business may loose clients. Clients who are lost to your business must be off-boarded from your internal systems and databases with relevant information being archived for record keeping purposes.

Depending on whether or not your Nimbus account is integrated with a CRM or Practice Management system, the process for off-boarding Clients from Nimbus will differ.
