System Events

The following outlines the Events which are logged via the Client History

Download File

Shows the file has been downloaded by either an Employee or a Client/Contact.

Email sent to Client

System generated email sent to Client eg: Welcome Email

Email sent on Behalf of Client

System generated email to Business eg: File Upload, File Signed, File Conversation.

Export File

When a file is either downloaded or checked out using the Nimbus API.  The Nimbus Add-Ins use the API.

 

 

Import File

File has been added to Nimbus using the API.  The Nimbus Add-Ins use the API.

File moved to Client

File moved from a Business folder to a Client folder.

File moved to Client

When a file is restored from Archive (will show in the subject line as /Archive/location/filename.

Move File

Drag a file from one folder to another.

Publish File

File has been made visible to the Client either by publishing manually, or has been published via an Email Job process.

Upload File

File has been uploaded manually into the folder.
