Set Document Status on Client Portal File Upload
(For CDM Customers only)
It is possible to set a document workflow status on files that are uploaded by your Clients via the Client Portal.
The document workflow status must firstly be setup via a Team, or an Employee for the status to be accessible.
Note that this is only possible via the From Client folder or From Client sub-folders.
Edit the Client Template , and click the blue edit arrow for the relevant From Client folder / sub-folder.
Click the Upload status drop-down menu and select the appropriate status level.
Click the Re-Apply button to apply to all Client Entities governed by this Client Template and then click the Update button to save your changes.
The document status will then be applied to any file which is then uploaded to this folder by a Client. Specific email notifications will be sent if the document workflow status includes a file notification.
