Not Logging into Nimbus AddIns
As of 1st September, 2020, Nimbus ceased support for TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1.
This change will affect any Nimbus MS Office Add-Ins prior to version 2.20.8.20. Add-Ins released prior to this version will cease to operate.
Symptoms of this are as follows:
Via the Login dialog on any Nimbus CDM AddIn, enter the business URL and click the Next button.
When the Next button is clicked, the Login Code and Password field display.
Enter the staff member’s login code and password and click the Login button.
If the login dialog moves back to displaying the Nimbus Account URL and the Next button, it means that this is an old version of the AddIn.
Please download and install the latest version of the Nimbus MS Office Add-ins.
