Excel not displaying add-in properly

Problem

In some instances, Excel is intermittently not displaying our add-in properly - it will either be too small, or too large, and makes it really hard to use, sometimes even unusable. Please see an example screenshot bellow:

Solution

The reason why this issue happens is because Excel has display configurations which can focus more in the "visuals" then the actual compatibility with its add-ins. There are 2 ways to change this option:

1. Using the Display Settings button

As if Excel already knew about something going wrong in its screen, when the issue is present it shows the following button at the bottom of its window:

1. Click on the button

2. Select the option to "Optimize for compatibility"
