Files that contain macros can be edited however the MS Office 365 online editors do not allow a user to add, edit or run macros.

Any existing macros will remain in the document, and you can open it in the desktop app to view and edit the macros.  Note that the Nimbus Excel Add-in can be used for this purpose.
