Saving changes using MS Office 365 Editors

Changes will be saved to a temporary repository while a user is editing a document. When the browser tab is closed the final document will be saved as a new version in Nimbus.

If Office 365 has not saved your changes and you attempt to close the browser tab, the system will advise that your changes will be lost. If you wish to save your changes, click Cancel and wait for the file to be saved.  The system will display on the Toolbar, if the file has been saved or is being saved.

When your file is saved, the Nimbus Documents grid will display. The grid will need to be manually refreshed to display this new version. It may take up to 1 minute for the document to appear in the grid.
