Creating a PDF

The native Nimbus online editor allows the user to Save & PDF a document while in edit mode. If the Office 365 editors have been enabled, a Create PDF button will be available in the document viewer.

  1. Edit the document in Office 365 and close the browser tab to save the document.

  2. Open the document in View mode.

  3. Click the Create PDF button.

     

  4. A PDF will be created showing all database mail merge fields.
