Runtime Exception - when loading AddIns
To support the Nimbus SSO (Single Sign On for either Xero or Practice Protect) login via your Nimbus CDM AddIns, the AddIns now ship with a full working version of Google Chrome.
If the staff members workstation is locked down, or has virus checking software installed, there may be an issue when this section of the software tries to load.
If this occurs an error such as the one shown below will display:
If this error displays, you will need assistance from your IT Support team to whitelist the following files:
C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64\rundll32.exe
Once this is done, retry and load your CDM AddIn.
