Verify your current Add-Ins version

Please note that all Nimbus Add-Ins MUST be at the same version number. As they use central library information, you cannot successfully run with one version for say your Word Add-In, and another version for say your Excel Add-In.

If your Add-Ins are not the same version number, please uninstall ALL Add-Ins and then install the correct version. Add-In files can be downloaded from within your Nimbus account via Documents / Nimbus Documents.

To establish the version of the Nimbus MS Office Add-Ins, please perform the following:

1. Via your Windows Control Panel, look for Add or Remove Programs,

2. Filter the program list to only show the Nimbus Add-Ins. You can filter by the phrase “Nimbus”.

3. Then click the name of the Add-In to reveal the version number.
