2FA Login via MS Office AddIns

Staff who have enabled 2FA (two factor authentication) for their Nimbus login, will be asked to provide the 2FA PIN via both the Nimbus UI and the MS Office AddIns.

Instructions

Open either MS Outlook, Word, Excel and click the CDM menu on the ribbon bar.

 

  1. Copy your Nimbus login URL from your web browser and paste into the Login URL field and click the Next button.

  2. Enter your login code and your password / passkey (from an authenticator app) and click the Login button.

  3. Nimbus will send either an email with the 2FA PIN (if your employee contact in Nimbus DOES NOT contain a Mobile phone number), or will send an an SMS with the 2FA PIN (if your employee contact in Nimbus DOES contain a Mobile phone number).

  4. Enter the PIN and then click the Login button.
