Welcome Email Timeout
Welcome emails to both Clients and Staff have a standard timeout, which means if the link in the Welcome Email is not activated within the specified timeframe, the link will timeout and will no longer be useful.
There are 2 settings within each account.
- For Initial Welcome Emails
- For Reset Password Emails
Instructions
These settings can be found as follows:
- Login to Nimbus
- Access Admin / Customise
- Initial Expiry - this can be set in Days (The user'sĀ initial email to first login will contain a link, this link will then expire as per the no. of days set from when the email is sent)
- Reset Expiry - this can be set in Hours (When the user does a password reset since initial log in, the link to rest will only be valid for the next 24 hours which is the max you can set it to)
- Change the required settings and Click the Apply button
