Colour Theme and Background Colour

The Colour Theme is used to set the colours for both your Business and Client Portal (if you subscribe to the Client Portal).  There a number of standard colour themes to choose from, and most businesses select the colour theme that best suits their corporate website or company branding.

The name of each Colour theme includes the two main colours used in the theme.  The Background colour is also used in conjunction with the Colour Theme and it sets the background colour of your sites.

You can also change the overall background colour shade if desired (pale shades work best, and you can enter a specific hex code – web colour, if you wish).


How to change your Portal colour theme:
  1. Select Admin from the Navigation menu
  2. Client the Customise tab
  3. Click the Colour Theme drop down menu
  4. Select the required Colour Theme from the listing
  5. Click the Apply button
  6. Nimbus advises that the details have been updated. Note Clients will only see the new colour theme the next time they logon to the Client Portal or refresh a page if they are currently logged into their portal.
How to change your Portal background colour:
  1. Select Admin from the Navigation menu
  2. Client the Customise tab
  3. Click the Background drop down menu
  4. Select the appropriate colour
  5. If the colour required is not displayed, you will need to enter the web hex colour code for the required colour. There are many websites, which will provide a hex colour number, and some that translate RGB colours into hex colours.  See http://www.colorpicker.com, which will provide hex colour numbers.
