Coming Events

The Coming Events dialog displays in the top left-hand corner of your Business Portal.  This section of the screen also displays recent Webform activity (if you subscribe to Webform Checklists).  To view Recent Activity, click anywhere in the Coming Events dialog.  There are four different displays that present including Client Stats and Account Stats.

The Coming Events dialog is visible to the Business portal only and is used to display deadlines, and events that are occurring within the Business – basically it is used to display information that you want to provide to your staff.

Adding New Coming Events

How to add a new coming event:
  1. Select Admin from the Navigation menu
  2. Click the Coming Events icon
  3. Click the New Event icon on the toolbar
  4. Use the calendar to select the date the event will commence
  5. Enter the Event description into the Event field – this will display on the Coming Events dialog
  6. Enter the details of the Event into the Details field – this information will display if the user hovers their mouse over the Event item on the Coming Events dialog
  7. Click the Update button to save the Event
  8. As soon as the date for the event has passed, the event will drop from the Coming Events listing.
