My Account

My Account is an area where you can update your Payment Details, and can modify the number of employee licenses you are billed for each month.

Adding / Changing your Payment Details

  1. Login to your Nimbus account and select Admin / My Account

  2. Enter either Credit Card or PayPal details and click the Apply button.

Altering your Seat Count

The Nimbus Seat Count means the number of employees which are able to login to your Nimbus account. This directly relates to your monthly Nimbus invoice.

You may increase / decrease your Seat Count.

Increasing your seat count will take affect immediately and you will not be billed any increased subscription fee until your next monthly invoice.

Increasing your seat count

To increase the number of employees who can login to your Nimbus account, perform the following:

  1. Login to your Nimbus account and select Admin / My Account

  2. Increase the Seat Count and click the Apply button to save your changes.

  3. The increase will be made immediately and your next months invoice will reflect the change.

Reducing your seat count

Before your subscription can be reduced, you must remove Nimbus access to the employee(s) that relate to the seat count you wish to reduce. https://nimbusportals.atlassian.net/l/c/tHHD58PL

To do this perform the following:

  1. Login to your Nimbus account and select Admin / My Account

  2. Reduce the Seat Count and click the Apply button to save your changes.

Reduction of your seat count or changing your subscription type will take effect after the next billing period. For example; if you reduce your seat count in September, the reduction will be shown in your November invoice.
