Changing your Nimbus Subscription

From time to time you may wish to either increase or decrease your Nimbus subscription.  You can do this via your account.  Please contact support if you have any difficulties.

Step-by-step guide

Perform the following steps:

  1. From the main menu, select Admin / My Account
  2. Increase or decrease the Seat Count (this is the number of employees you are paying for to have access to the Nimbus account).
  3. Click the Apply button to update.

Note: 
The changes to your monthly subscription invoice will be implemented AFTER the next billing cycle.
For example, if you decrease your nimbus subscription from 11 to 10 on the 28th of January AND disable the employee access before the end of January, the invoice for February will still be for 11 seats.
The change will not take effect until the 1st of March and the invoice will be updated to 10 seats.
