Your website linking to the Client Portal

When you purchase your Nimbus account, the system automatically sends you a Welcome Email which includes two links.

One login is for your staff (Account Login), the other link is for your Clients to login to their Client Portal.  The Client Login URL can be provided to your website developer (to allow your Clients to login to your Client Portal via your website).

When your clients click the link provided on your website, the Client Portal Login screen will display.  Your business logos will display on the banner heading if these have been altered via Admin / Customise (rather than the standard Nimbus logos). 


Alternatively, the team at Nimbus can provide you with specific HTML code so that your website developer may create a specific login page on your website, which includes the:

  • Login Code field
  • Password field
  • Forgot Password button
  • Login button

Your website developer can then create other content on the page as required.  

Once your Client has provided their login credentials (noted above), they will be logged directly into their Portal.
