Banner Heading Images

Your Nimbus Portal may be customised to include your own branding on the heading area of the browser.  You can include 2 banner images; one on the left hand side and one on the right hand side.

Banner heading images must not be larger than 400 pixels wide x 100 pixels high, though they can be of any image file format e.g.: .png, bmp, jpg etc.

To upload your images to the banner heading area, perform the following:

  1. Select Admin from the menu bar
  2. Select Customise
  3. Click the Browse button for the Banner Left:
  4. Locate the image you wish to upload (this must be located somewhere on your local system or server) and upload it
  5. Repeat the above for the Banner Right: field
  6. Click the Apply button to save your changes, then click OK to continue
  7. Your new banner heading will then display 

Banner Background

The colour chosen for the Banner Background is used behind the Banner images.  It is recommended that the same colour that is used in the banner images be selected. Or if your banner images have a transparent background, this colour will show through.  This allows the user to resize their Internet browser to be any width, with the illusion that the banner images stretch the full width of the browser window.

How to change your Banner background colour:
  1. Select Admin from the Navigation menu
  2. Click Customise
  3. Click the Banner Background drop down menu
  4. Select the appropriate colour
  5. If the colour required is not displayed, you will need to enter the web hex colour code for the required colour. There are many websites, which will provide a hex colour number, and some that translate RGB colours into hex colours.  See http://www.colorpicker.com, which will provide hex colour numbers.

Note: Any change to the banner headings will display immediately on the Client Portal.  


Webform Banner image

For Nimbus Professional customers only

The Webform Banner image must be exactly 800 pixels wide x 100 pixies high and they can be of any image file format e.g.: .png, bmp, jpg etc.  

To modify a Web Form Banner heading, select:

  1. Admin from the Navigation menu
  2. Click Customise
  3. Click the Browse button to the right of the Web Form Banner field:
  4. Locate the image you wish to upload (this must be located somewhere on your local system or server) and upload it
  5. Click the Apply button to save your changes
