PDF Stamps

Inserting stamps onto a PDF

When editing a PDF, you can insert stamps along with your digital signature blocks. Nimbus provides a number of standard custom stamps, though you are able to upload copies of your own. Files can be any file type e.g.: .jpg, png, bmp etc.

To edit a PDF:

  • click the PDF icon on your document grid, or open the document and then click the Edit button, located on the bottom of the screen

  • click the Insert tab on the ribbon bar

Uploading your own Custom Stamps

To upload your own Custom Stamps:

  • click the Upload icon shown above

  • locate the image on your desktop or local file system you wish to upload

  • determine if you would like this image locked to your employee profile, or if you wish to share with all other employees

  • click the Upload button to upload the image

The image is then available to place as a stamp on any PDF. The image can be resized, moved, and even deleted from a PDF once it has been placed.

Once a document is signed, the Custom stamps are not removed from a PDF, whereas a Signature block (green and yellow blocks) will be removed once a document is signed.
