When a Job fails - when Approval was required

When a Job fails - when Approval was required

If an email job which has been Approved, but failed to send once approved, you must fix the reason for the failure before the job can then be sent.

As an example, for Nimbus Professional customers, you may send an email job with a document link to a file which cannot be published. You must ensure the document can be published before the job can be sent.

Once the issue has been fixed, you can send the job in one of two ways:

You perform the following:

  • access the email job via the email jobs grid

  • edit the job (blue edit arrow)

  • click the Repeat button

  • this sends another approval request email which must then be approved and sent

The Approver performs the following:

  • access the email job via the email jobs grid

  • edit the job (blue edit arrow)

  • click the Repeat button

  • tick the Approved option on the Schedule tab

  • click the Send button
