Client Deletes a file from the Portal

When a client fully signs a document, it is moved from the "To Client" folder, to the "From Client" folder. The client can delete the file if they wish, either before it is signed or after it is signed.

Before it is signed:

It the file is deleted from the Client Portal before it is signed (i.e., the file is located in the To Client folder), it will be moved back to your Green folder, and it will be unpublished. The file is not deleted fully from the system.

After it is signed:

If the file is deleted from the Client Portal after it is signed (i.e., the file is located in the From Client folder), it will be moved to Archive (CDM Users only). If you do not subscribe to Nimbus Professional, the file will be removed from your system. You'll be able to see this information in your Client History.
