Client Inviting others to Client Portal

A Client may invite others to have access to their Client Portal.  The invited person will then have full access to the Client Folders and files within.

To send a Portal Invitation, perform the following:

  1. Client Login to their Client Portal.

  2. Select My Details from the Left Hand Side menu.

  3. Select the Invites tab.

  4. Click the New Invite button (located on the right hand side of the toolbar).

  5. Enter the contacts details of the person you wish to invite.

 

  1. Click the Folder Access tab and ensure that you provide the access required for this person.

  2. Click the update button and Nimbus will send an email to the invited person with details on how to set their first time login.
