Staff notification for file uploaded by client

When a client uploads a document to their "To Client" folder, the designated Default Employee will receive an email informing about it.

File was uploaded and email was not sent

It happens that clients upload file(s) and close their browser at the Uploading Window, not closing the upload task completely:

In this scenario, the Default Employee is not immediately informed about this file. On the other hand, the system catches these emails and sends them after midnight that day.
