Client’s perspective of WebForms
This section will focus on the WebForm information received by a Client and how a Client processes that information. When an Email Job is sent to a Client, the following occurs:
Once the WebForm Job is sent, the Client receives their personalised email, which contains a link to the WebForm questionnaire. The Client then clicks the link within the email, and the questionnaire opens in their Internet browser.
My WebForms menu for Secure Client Portal users
If the Practice subscribes to the Secure Client Portal, the clients can, at any time, login to their Client Portal and view the WebForms which has sent to them.
To view current and historic WebForms, go to:
- Client logs into the Client Portal
- Selects My Web Forms from the Navigation menu
- The Client can access any WebForm by clicking the WebForm link
Saving the WebForm
In situations where the client does not have all of the information necessary to submit the questionnaire, it is possible to Save the questionnaire. The Client can then return to the questionnaire at any time to complete it, prior to submitting it to the Practice.
At the bottom of each questionnaire, there are two buttons, Submit and Close. The Close button will Save the questionnaire.
Submitting the WebForm
When the client has completed the questionnaire, they must click the Submit button located at the bottom of the questionnaire. This will send the completed questionnaire to the Practice and store a copy in the clients From Client folder. All associated text will be stored in the WebForm.pdf file and any attached files will be stored within the WebForm package as in the example below. Note that the PAYG Summary was attached to question 4, the CBA summary was attached to question 6 and the rental summary was attached to question 8. If more than one file is attached to a question, Nimbus will reference the file by adding another numeric e.g.: Q04.02 would be the second file added to question 4.

Re-submitting the WebForm
The Client may re-submit a WebForm questionnaire at any time. All previous information entered and attached to the original WebForm will display, allowing the client to adjust where necessary. The Client must then click the Submit button to submit the new version.
What happens next?
When a client has submitted a new version of a WebForm, Nimbus will append a number to the end of the WebForm name. The WebForm name which has the highest number appended will be the latest version. In the example below, the Client has submitted two versions of a WebForm. "MCLAREN_2017 Individual 1" is the latest version.
