Deleting an Employee

You may from time to time want to remove or delete an Employee from the Nimbus system.

Within the Employee record, the Delete button will only be visible if:


  1. The Employee is not listed as the Employee on any Client Notifications
    1. Look at your Client Grid, and include the field Notifications
    2. Filter the Grid by that employee
    3. If their name is shown in Notification field, this will need to be amended before the Employee can be deleted
  2. The Employee is not listed as the Employee on any Email Jobs, in either the Notification field or the Created by field.
    1. Look at your Email Jobs Grid and include the fields Notification and Created by 
    2. Filter the Grid by those fields for that employee
    3. If you wish to remove the employee from Nimbus, you will need to delete the email jobs.


Note that you do not have to delete an employee from Nimbus at all.  You may simply remove employee access and disable their login.
