Removing Employee Access

You may wish to reduce the number of employee licences to your Nimbus account.  Before your subscription can be reduced, you must remove Nimbus access to the employee.

Step-by-step guide

Login to Nimbus as a System Administrator and perform the following:

  1. Select Admin / Employees
  2. Edit the Employee you wish to remove access to (blue edit arrow)
  3. Click the Access tab
  4. Deselect the "Allow Login" option
  5. Select the "Redirect to" option and set this to the Default Employee (or another staff member who will receive any incoming emails for this employee)
  6. Click the Update button to save your changes.
