Submitting a Webform if do not have access to Folders

It is possible for a Contact who is related to a Client Entity, to submit a webform checklist even if they do not have folder access.

The process is as follows:

  1. Send email job to a contact who DOES have folder access

  2. This person then on-sends the email to another contact who has a relationship to the Client Entity but does not have folder access

  3. Note that the person in step 2 above MUST have a login to the Client Portal and MUST have a relationship to the Client Entity

  4. This contact then clicks on the Webform Checklist link in the email and uses their own credentials to login to the Portal.

  5. The webform will display and they will be able to complete the form and submit it.

  6. Normal procedure then follows in terms of the flow of emails
