Nimbus Profiler - Changes to AE DM

Once your practice is identified as a Nimbus user there will be some changes to DM functionality.

 

The Document Manager module name should be updated to Nimbus. Clicking on the module icon should open the practice’s Nimbus portal directly.

You can still view historical documents from the Find AE/AO Documents page or the Documents page under each client, contact, employee, supplier, and assignment.

  • Things you still can do in Find AE/AO Documents/Documents page or Documents page

    • View historical versions of the existing file and export them

    • View audit trail of a document

    • Check a document property

    • Print

    • Export documents

    • Export to Excel

    • View file note and print file note

  • Things you can’t do in Find AE/AO Documents page or Documents page

    • You won’t be able to create new documents, import documents, modify a document, or modify document status.

You can no longer access to the following Document Manager pages:

  • Analyse Documents

  • Administration

  • Mail Centre

  • My Checked Out Documents

  • My Documents

  • Intranet
