Default Document Category (CDM Only)

The default Document Category may be defined at anytime. 

Instructions

  1. Prior to defining the default Document Category, you will need to define a Document Custom field
  2. Select Templates / Document Categories
  3. Click the blue edit arrow to open the Document Category
  4. The defined Document Custom fields will be displayed 
  5. Select each field you wish to define for the Default Document Category, by ticking the Enabled field
  6. Click the blue edit arrow to define the values for any Fixed List fields
  7. Click the  plus icon to add a Value to a Fixed List
  8. Continue adding Values and when complete, click the Update button

Then click the Update button to save the changes on the Document Category

You are now able to apply the Document Category to any document within the system.
