Uploading Documents to share with the business
You can use your Secure Client Portal to upload files or documents that you want to share with the business, rather than sending them by post or email. There are two ways you can do this:
1. Through the My Documents / My Folders menu
(note that this menu is not available on a mobile phone)
To upload a document, click on the
upload icon to the right of the To Business folder.
An Upload Files window will display, allowing you to drag and drop files on this window, or if you wish, you can use the Browse link to browse for files.
If, you are connected to more than 1 Client entity, you are given the ability to select which client entity you’d like to upload files for.
The business will automatically receive an email advising them, when you upload a document.
OR
2. Through My Uploads:
To upload a document, click on the
upload icon on the top right of your web browser. It is in between two other icons options. If you are using Nimbus Client Portal on a mobile phone, click the menu and then select My Uploads.
An Upload Files window will display, allowing you to drag and drop files on this window, or if you wish, you can use the Browse link to browse for files.
If, you are connected to more than 1 Client entity you are given the ability to select which client entity you’d like to upload files for.
The business will automatically receive an email advising them when you upload a document.
