Document Versioning
Document Versioning
Each time a document is updated (edited, changed, and then updated), the system automatically creates a new version of it. All prior versions for each document are available via the Document Grid, and by clicking the expand icon .
When a prior version link is clicked, the system will then display that specific version.

Should you wish to revert to the previous version:
- Click on the version number you wish to recover
- Click the Edit button on the bottom of the screen
- Click Save As on the File Ribbon bar menu at the top of the screen
- Enter a new Filename (so as not to overwrite the existing current version of the file)
- Click the Save As button on the bottom of the dialog.
