Difference between Revision and Version

Each time a document is updated, Nimbus automatically keeps the prior Version as a separate document.  This way, the user can open a prior Version and look to see what the file contains.

Nimbus also includes many fields of Meta data which can be customised by the Business.  The Revision field is a meta data field.  Any value can be entered into this field, and Nimbus can then filter and find a document based on this value.
