Document Administrator
The Document Administrator is the only staff member who is able to perform the following:
- Unlock documents
- Check in documents that have previously been checked out
- Permanently delete documents from Archive
- Move folder from one client to another
- Bulk set properties on documents based on what the filtered view
One of the benefits of being a Doc admin is that they obtain all the Document Workflow Status options that are available in the system, regardless of whether they are specifically added to their personal employee Doc. Mgt. tab, or to a Team they may be a member of, or not.
To grant the Administrator permission to an employee, proceed with the following:
- On the left-hand menu, go to Admin > Employees
- Find the related staff member and click on the blue arrow to Edit Employee
- Click on the Access tab on top
- Under Options, tick the "Document admin" box
